COMPLETE CYLINDER OVERHAUL OR REPAIR
Alaskan Aircraft Engines, Inc. also offers a wide variety of overhauled cylinders in stock and ready to go. All exchange cylinders require a core to be returned. Our cylinder core policy is as follows: cylinders cores must be in an as-removed condition and should be returned with valves and springs installed, rocker arms, rocker shafts and piston pins.

OVERHAULED CYLINDER SALES
Since our establishment in 1977, we have found that improperly fit rocker arms cause premature valve and valve guide wear. This ultimately results in leaking valves that are detected during compression checks. For this reason, all of our overhauled cylinders are sold with rocker arms installed and fit correctly.
